BAE173's Disbandment Concerns Rise as Fan Chat Service is Terminated

BAE173 has been dealt another blow as their Bubble fan chatting service was announced to be terminated.

The group made their debut on November 19, 2020, with a line-up that included members of X1 prior to the short-lived survival group's disbandment. Their debut album, Intersection: Spark, hit number 12 on the Gaon Music Chart.

However, since then, the group has faced difficulties with promotion, first due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then due to issues with their label, Pocketdol. Leader Hangyul recently announced his departure from the agency, effectively leaving the group.

A message from member Yoojun has only served as further confirmation of the group's uncertain status. With no official notice of the group's status, fans are growing increasingly worried about their future.

This sort of announcement has often come just before disbandment notices, leaving many to believe that BAE173 is headed in that direction.
