Belgium Stuns Egypt: Lukaku Proves Decisive with Game-Changing Move

Romelu Lukaku made a significant impact when he entered the game in the 66th minute, with Belgium trailing 1-0 against Egypt. Immediately, he contributed to the action that led to Belgium's equalizing goal. On a cross from Tielemans, Hany attempted to get ahead of Lukaku but ended up sending the ball into his own net under pressure from the striker, resulting in a surprising yet decisive own goal.

Egypt had taken an early lead through Ashour in the 19th minute. Shortly after the equalizer, Lukaku created another opportunity for himself: he was well-placed at the penalty spot but headed the ball over the crossbar. The two teams ultimately settled for a draw with a final score of 1-1.
