According to Lisa Haines, Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at The Walt Disney Company, 'Moments like the release of Toy Story 5 offer an opportunity to turn the connection our guests have with our stories and characters into hope and joy for kids and their families when they need it most.'

The company's efforts surrounding Toy Story 5 extend far beyond the screen, with initiatives that bring beloved characters to support the happiness and well-being of kids, families, and communities.

To coincide with the film's release, Disney is sharing the magic of movies and the delight of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and the rest of the gang with young patients in children's hospitals around the world through immersive experiences, special screenings, and character meet-and-greets.

Disney is continuing its long-standing collaboration with the Starlight Children's Foundation to create meaningful moments of imagination and fun for young patients.

A Toy Story 5 character tour will visit 10 children's hospitals in 9 countries, bringing the magic of movies directly to hospital walls.

Celebrating the film's release, characters from Toy Story 5 visited patients and families at Children's National in Washington, D.C. as part of an immersive Toy Story 5-themed experience.

The experience featured a life-size interactive Lilypad activation, character meet-and-greets, toy giveaways, drawing sessions with Pixar animators, and an exclusive screening of Toy Story 5.
