Max Verstappen's weekend at the ADAC 24H at the Nurburgring circuit in Germany was marked by a series of events that saw the Red Bull driver switch from his Mercedes AMG GT3 to a Porsche following a collision.

After qualifying on Saturday, Verstappen and his teammate Lucas Auer began the endurance race. However, a mishap involving a Porsche driver, deemed to be Auer's fault, led to a 3-position penalty for the Red Bull team.
