Jalen Hurts' Future with the Eagles Hinges on a Drama-Filled Summer

Philadelphia Eagles fans had hoped to enjoy a drama-free summer, but it seems that's unlikely with Jalen Hurts at the helm. A recent report has reignited the controversy surrounding the franchise quarterback's job security.

According to the report, some close to Hurts feel that the Eagles didn't support him enough during the offseason. The criticism Hurts faced was reminiscent of the treatment Carson Wentz received in 2019. Unlike Wentz, who received public support from his teammates, Hurts was left to fend for himself.

This development has led some to speculate that the Eagles could be on the verge of losing Hurts, similar to what happened with A.J. Brown. The uncertainty surrounding Hurts' future has left fans wondering what's next for the quarterback and the team.

Hurts has proven himself to be a capable quarterback, having won nearly 70% of his starts. However, his performance has been overshadowed by the constant criticism and doubt. At this point, it's uncertain whether Hurts will stay with the Eagles or explore other options.

One thing is clear, though – the reports about Hurts will only continue to fuel the drama surrounding the Eagles. As the team prepares for the upcoming season, fans can only wait and see what happens next.
