Get ready to be inspired by the upcoming documentary of Latin Grammy superstar Karol G on Netflix in 2025. The Colombian reggaeton queen who created the 'bichota szn' phenomenon will share her inspiring story through the documentary.

Karol G, who has won back-to-back Grammy Latin Awards for Best Urban Album, surprised her fans with an announcement on Instagram.

'A story that started from a dream that seemed impossible, driven by unwavering faith,' she wrote on her social media. The star added that the documentary will unveil her personal side, career, and special bond with her fans.

Netflix has confirmed that this ambitious project will give a deep insight into the person behind Karol G's name. The documentary will be directed and produced by renowned Cristina Costantini, who previously successfully brought Walter Mercado to Netflix. This Machine, Interscope Films, and Bichota Films will join the production team.

Karol G's journey began at 14 years old through The X Factor Colombia. Despite being rejected by Universal Music Latino due to her gender - ironically the same label that now represents her music - she proved that determination and hard work can overcome stereotypes.

Karol G has now become a global phenomenon with numerous historic achievements. Apart from being the first woman to win double Latin Grammy Awards for Best Urban Album, she also made history as the first musician to be immortalized in Bratz dolls.
