Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton Bring Their Romance to Japan

Kim Kardashian opted for a fitted maxi dress for a daytime date.

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are continuing their globe-trotting romance. Over the weekend, the couple was spotted strolling through Japan with several friends and Kardashian's sister, Khloé.

In photos taken by fans, Kardashian is seen walking with her arms around Hamilton's waist. For her outfit on the day, she stuck to her signature style, wearing a brown maxi dress with a high neckline and loose sleeves. She paired it with black Balenciaga boots, one of her favorite brands, and kept warm in a shorter brown puffer jacket that matched her dress.

HAMILTON, who is also a fashion enthusiast, chose a luxurious outfit for the day. He paired a brown leather jacket with brown cargo pants and Timberland work boots. For a pop of color, he tied a patterned scarf around his neck and secured another scarf to his belt loop. As usual, he completed his look with a pair of luxurious sunglasses.

Kim and Lewis have known each other for over a decade, but it appears that their relationship has become romantic this year. After celebrating New Year's Eve at the same party, Kate Hudson's bash in Aspen, the couple enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds. A few days later, they flew to Paris for Fashion Week. And in February, they made their first public appearance as a couple at Super Bowl LX.
