Korean Actress Opens Up About the Harsh Reality of Getting Approached by Men After Divorce

A Korean actress recently shared her candid thoughts on being hit on by men after her divorce in a YouTube video.

On the 14th, a short video titled 'Men who belittle divorced women and hit on them' was posted on YouTube.

A woman in her 20s who was preparing for divorce asked, 'The paperwork is done, and since the house belongs to my ex-husband, I'm looking for a new place to move. Recently, I only told close acquaintances about the divorce, but someone I considered a friend kept flirting with me. How long after a divorce should I wait before meeting someone new? Is it okay to meet this person?' she asked, expressing her thoughts about a man who showed interest during her divorce preparations.

In response, actress Han Groo said, 'I have been through a divorce, but just like when a couple breaks up after dating, it takes time to get yourself together. Divorce is the same—you need some time to reclaim your life after ending a marriage.'

Han Groo married a businessman nine years her senior in 2015 and had twins but divorced in 2022. Raising her twins alone after the divorce, she opened a YouTube channel to communicate with her fans.

She added, 'Since I'm a divorced woman, some people think I'm easy and casually make advances.' Han Groo revealed that she had to be careful when interacting with people who knew she was divorced.
