Overcoming a Challenging 2025 Season, Lewis Hamilton Not Regrets Joining Scuderia Ferrari

KabarOto.com - Many were expecting great things from this seven-time world champion and his partnership with Scuderia Ferrari, but Lewis Hamilton has been struggling with performance and results, leaving him 74 points behind his teammate Charles Leclerc in the standings.

Lewis Hamilton has reaffirmed that he does not regret his decision to join Scuderia Ferrari, despite facing a difficult first season with the team.

Throughout the 22 Grands Prix of the Formula 1 season, the English driver has yet to achieve a podium finish, with the highlight of his season being the pole position and win in the China Sprint in March.

His performance in the qualifying rounds, however, has been a major letdown, with a dismal performance at the Las Vegas circuit, where he finished last with a 20th place finish.

Although he eventually managed to secure points in the race on Saturday night, Hamilton described the weekend as a disastrous post-race, and hinted that he may not be looking forward to the 2026 season with Scuderia Ferrari.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of the Qatar Grand Prix, Hamilton addressed his post-Las Vegas comments.

'I don't regret my decision to join the team. I knew it was going to take time to build and grow within an organization, and that was expected,' Lewis Hamilton said.

This season will mark the first time in 18 years of his career that Hamilton fails to secure a podium finish. His final two opportunities to change that come at the Qatar and Abu Dhabi Grands Prix.

Although struggling on a difficult weekend in Las Vegas, Hamilton is more optimistic about his chances this weekend.
