Personnel of Kodim 0207/Simalungun & Local Community Speed Up Aramco Bridge Construction in Sidamanik

SIMALUNGUN, JAPOS.CO - Personnel of Kodim 0207/Simalungun joined forces with the community of Nagori Bukit Rejo, Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency, to speed up the construction of the Aramco Bridge on Thursday (June 11, 2026).

The bridge is one of the vital access roads used by the community for various daily activities, ranging from economic, educational, to agricultural activities.

Since morning, personnel of the TNI and the community were seen working together to construct the bridge. They collectively transported materials, constructed, and arranged the area around the construction site.

This activity serves as a real manifestation of the synergy between TNI and the community in supporting the development of beneficial infrastructure for the community.

Despite the scorching sun, the spirit of camaraderie remained evident throughout the construction process. The presence of TNI personnel at the construction site also motivated the community to accelerate the completion of the long-awaited bridge.

One of the community members expressed gratitude for the TNI's involvement in the construction. According to him, the presence of Kodim personnel not only contributed to the technical and manpower aspects but also fostered a sense of unity among the community.

Danramil 17/Sidamanik of Kodim 0207/Simalungun, Captain Inf Bangsawan Harahap, stated that this community-based initiative is part of the efforts to support regional development while helping the government improve infrastructure required by the community.

'This activity also serves as a means to strengthen the relationship between TNI and the community in achieving development that benefits the community,' he said.

The construction of the Aramco Bridge is expected to be completed soon, allowing for smoother community mobility and supporting the improvement of local economy and community welfare in Sidamanik District.
