Sergio Agüero's World Cup Tip: Michael Olise to Shine

Bayern Munich fans already know how impressive Michael Olise is, but the Frenchman's form at the Bavarians has gone relatively under the radar for many.

Former Argentina striker Sergio Agüero thinks Olise could surprise everyone with his World Cup performance.

"I really like Cherki. In France's last two friendlies, he started one and came off the bench in the other. We'll have to see how Deschamps sets up the team. France have many options in midfield. Olise is playing at a very high level and I think he will be one of the revelations of the tournament. It would be interesting to see them playing together from the start," Agüero said.

Agüero also weighed in on who will win the Golden Boot, with Argentina's Lionel Messi at the top of his list.

"It will depend on how far their national team goes because they'll have more matches to score in. Hopefully it's Leo, right? On the other hand, (Kylian) Mbappé has already shown his credentials as an International goal scorer. Lamine (Yamal), if he fully recovers. And we shouldn't forget Harry Kane and (Erling) Haaland, who are tremendous goal scorers," Agüero said.

So, do you think Olise will live up to Agüero's prediction and become a breakout star at this World Cup? Let us know in the comments!
