Stephen Curry Congratulates Knicks Coach Mike Brown on NBA Finals Win

The New York Knicks have made history by winning the 2026 NBA Finals, and the basketball world has taken notice. The team's determination and comeback spirit have inspired many, including Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry.

Curry recently took to social media to congratulate Knicks Coach Mike Brown on his team's championship win. The Warriors star posted a heartfelt message, saying, 'Couldn't happen to a better guy! Congrats Mike B,' complete with a graphic of Brown holding the Larry O'Brien Trophy.

This isn't the first time Curry has shown his support for Brown. The two have a long history together, with Brown serving as an assistant coach for the Warriors during their championship runs in 2017, 2018, and 2022.

Under Brown's leadership, the Knicks have achieved great success, and their latest championship win is a testament to his skills as a coach. The team's defense has been a key factor in their success, and Brown has emphasized the importance of trust in building a winning team.

Curry's message to Brown is just one example of the outpouring of support from the basketball community. Other prominent players have also congratulated Brown on his team's win.

The Knicks' championship win is a momentous occasion, and it will be remembered for years to come. As for Brown, he has cemented his place in history as a five-time NBA champion coach.

Game 4 was the most extreme momentum change of the entire series. San Antonio had a 29-point lead at one point, but the Knicks refused to give up. OG Anunoby's last-second buzzer tip-in gave them the win and changed the course of the series.

The Knicks' Jalen Brunson was instrumental in their championship win, scoring 45 points in Game 5 and earning Finals MVP honors. Brunson and his teammates, Mikal Bridges and Josh Hart, became the first trio of former college teammates to win both an NCAA title and an NBA championship.

Brunson's story is a testament to the power of teamwork and determination. Despite being down 0-2 to Atlanta just two months ago, the Knicks have achieved the unthinkable and won the championship.
