Time Capsule of American History: What's Inside?

A massive time capsule has been sealed with items representing each US state and territory, set to remain unopened for 250 years before being unveiled in 2276.

New York's submission included a custom America 250 coin featuring the state's first capital, Kingston, engraved on the back.

Vermont contributed four ornaments representing historic sites, including the Bennington Battle Monument, Hubbardton Battlefield, Mount Independence, and the Old Constitution House.

New Hampshire also put forward a brochure highlighting the state's Revolutionary history along with a poster advertising Independence Day events in Concord.
