TWS: Kelompok K-pop Pertama Indonesia yang Menebus Billboard Japan Hot 100

TWS claimed the No. 1 spot on Billboard Japan’s Hot 100 with “Soda Soda,” according to the latest chart published Wednesday.

"Soda Soda" is the first K-pop song to top Billboard Japan's main songs chart, the group's agency Pledis Entertainment said Thursday.

The physical single of the same title sold over 225,000 copies in its first week, a record for the boy group, landing at No. 2 on both Oricon’s Weekly Single Ranking and Billboard Japan’s Top Singles Sales Chart.

The team of six will likely perform the city pop tune throughout the 3-city Japan leg of its “24/7: For: You” tour. It is planning to visit Fukuoka, Kobe and Yokohama from late August.
