Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang: Bumi Muda Sedia Pulih dan Bangkit — Informasi Terbaru

Costa Rica's leading English language newspaper, The Tico Times, is thrilled to share its latest discovery: the hidden world of wildlife in Costa Rica, captured by our wildlife cameras.
Our wildlife cameras are strategically placed in various locations, including sources of water, food, and trails, to capture the behaviors of Costa Rica's incredible wildlife.
One of our cameras was placed alongside a human trail, where we expected to capture footage of various species. However, we were surprised to find a young male ocelot taking a three-hour nap directly in front of the camera, in an ocelot-sized groove about a foot and a half in front of the lens.
We were delighted to see that this behavior was repeated several times a month, and we've been treated to many adorable ocelot sleeping videos.
Our second camera was placed on a log path, where we recorded many species walking across the log, including waterbirds. However, we also captured some unexpected footage: a big old crocodile napping on the log, and even an epic crocodile dismount as it re-entered the water with a big splash.
We're not alone in our fascination with Costa Rica's wildlife. Vincent Losasso, founder of Guanacaste Wildlife Monitoring, is a biologist who works with camera traps throughout Costa Rica, capturing valuable insights into the behavior of Costa Rica's incredible wildlife.
Stay tuned for more updates on Costa Rica's hidden world, captured by our wildlife cameras.
