The legal battle between ADOR and former NewJeans member Danielle intensified on June 11, KST, during the second court hearing concerning ADOR's lawsuit for contractual penalties and damages. Representing ADOR, legal counsel asserted that Danielle is currently free to pursue her entertainment career and that the agency has no intention of obstructing her path.

ADOR's legal team argued that Danielle's assertion that the lawsuit is hindering her career is invalid, as their sole objective is to recover damages. They maintained that there is no basis for ADOR to interfere with her professional pursuits.

Conversely, Danielle's legal representatives countered that ADOR's lawsuit, which seeks hundreds of billions of KRW, effectively makes it impossible for her to sign with any other agency. Danielle's lawyers stated, "What agency would want to work with an artist facing such a massive financial liability? The very intent behind this lawsuit is to prevent Danielle from working.
