Argentina Coach Remains Humble After Thrashing Brazil 3-0 in U-17 World Cup

Argentina's victory was quite surprising, given that Brazil is the defending champion. Claudio Echeverri scored a hat-trick for Argentina, making him the temporary top scorer of the U-17 World Cup 2023 with five goals, tied with Agustín Ruberto.

Despite the significant win, Placente acknowledged that Brazil is a tough opponent. He also mentioned that the rainy conditions did not affect his team's performance, as they were already accustomed to playing in wet conditions during their previous matches.

Placente's team will face Germany in the semifinals at the Manahan Stadium in Solo on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Germany advanced to the semifinals after defeating Spain 1-0 at the Jakarta International Stadium.

Placente regards Germany as a difficult opponent but is determined to do his best. He has not yet analyzed Germany's gameplay but will do so before the match.
