The Toronto Marlies dominated the Chicago Wolves on Sunday, with Logan Shaw scoring the overtime winner and securing a 5-4 victory. This win puts the Marlies in the driver's seat for the Calder Cup, taking a 2-0 lead in the series.

With their sights set on the championship, the Marlies can clinch the title at home in Games 3, 4 and 5. Their next game against the Wolves is scheduled for Tuesday.

Key contributions from Benoit-Olivier Groulx, who scored twice, and Alex Nylander, who added a single, supported Shaw's clutch goal. Vinni Lettieri and William Villeneuve provided crucial assists with three each.

The Wolves fought hard, with Juuso Valimaki scoring twice, and Charles Alexis Legault and Noah Philp also adding their names to the score sheet.

The teams were even in shots, with 32 apiece, and the Wolves had a slight edge on the power play, but struggled with the Marlies' defensive efforts.
