Dodgers star Ohtani and Mets Soto kick off exciting summer of baseball on BBC

The highly anticipated matchup between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Mets is set to kick off an exciting summer of baseball on BBC, with the Dodgers looking to extend their reign at the top of the National League West. The Dodgers' impressive record of 65 wins and 38 defeats has solidified their position as favorites to win the division once again, with their star player, Shohei Ohtani, at the forefront of their success. Ohtani's remarkable ability to hit and pitch at the top level consistently has drawn comparisons to the legendary two-way player Babe Ruth, and his achievements have earned him four Most Valuable Player awards in his league. With his impressive stats, including 22 home runs this season and eight wins as a pitcher, Ohtani has become a key factor in the Dodgers' bid for a third consecutive World Series title.
